During my academic path, I have had the opportunity to study and work within interdisciplinary realms, mixing theory, and practice. I have created projects based on the contribution to knowledge within the field of visual culture.
In 2018 I started my PhD in Cultural Studies at the University of Westminster, in London-England. My research is focused on the use of the image as an activism tool for the Latin American diaspora in London, from 1970s onwards. CREAM (Research Centre in Education, Arts, and Media) is where my research is held, it is a well-know research Centre recognised in the UK and worldwide for leading research in terms of visual culture, arts, design, film, and music.
